Of course, you can cancel your subscription at any time from within your billing dashboard. Your subscription will end on the next billing date.

Billing is handled by our payment processor Stripe, this ensures that no billing information is stored on our servers as well as providing a secure billing dashboard to manage your payment methods and subscription details.
Of course, we use a third party payment processor called stripe. Stripe is one of the biggest payment processors in the world with strict data & privacy management policies. All payment data is stored securely ith stripe and no payment details are stored by Doc Genie.
You can view, download and manage your invoices from within the billing dashboard anytime.
We offer substantial discounts to members who want to use Doc Genie but cannot afford it at this time. If you want to apply for the discount, simply get in touch and let us know more about your business, how much discount you would like, and we will do our best to help you.
No, the free account is for as long as you want it to last. You can upgrade to a pro account if you want too but it's entirely optional.
We are adding new storage platforms regularly and are always looking for new platforms to add to ensure our members have the widest choice available to them, if you want a specific platform added then let us know, and we will do our best to help you.
